Daniel P. Iannitelli received his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science and Psychology from Arizona State University in 1995. Mr.
Iannitelli subsequently attended the University of San Francisco, School of Law,
where he received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1999. While in law
school, he served as an intern for the Honorable Sandra Brown Armstrong, in the
United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

After law school, Mr. Iannitelli worked as a research attorney
for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr.
Iannitelli gained experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation,
personal injury litigation and construction defect litigation while associated
with a San Francisco law firm.
Mr. Iannitelli currently practices in the areas of
construction defect litigation, commercial litigation and personal injury
litigation. Mr. Iannitelli is a member of the American Bar Association, and is
fluent in Spanish.
