Darren W. Epps received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from California State University in Sacramento in 1989. Mr. Epps received his Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1994 and attended the University of Salzburg where he received a certificate in International Legal Studies.

For the past eight years, Mr. Epps has practiced in the Central Coast and Southern California areas. Mr. Epps’ practice focuses on premises liability, employment, products liability, construction defect, Americans with Disability Act defense and general civil litigation. Mr. Epps successfully represented the employer defendant against claims of sexual harassment in the published case of Balloon v. Superior Court (3d Dist.) 39 Cal.App.4th 1116 (1995).

Mr. Epps is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association.
