Mr. Windsor’s practice includes construction defect, real estate, professional liability, products liability, personal injury and employment litigation. He also advises in employment-related matters. Mr. Windsor has tried and second-chaired a number of matters throughout California, and represents individuals and business entities in all judicial forums. Prior to joining FOTOUHI • EPPS • HILLGER • GILROY, P.C., his experience includes staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Ins. Co., prosecution of plaintiffs’ employment actions, and real estate and construction defect litigation.
Mr. Windsor received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 1994. He received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000.
Mr. Windsor is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
