Michael J. Gilroy received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, with
honors, from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1981. Mr. Gilroy
received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in
1986. Mr. Gilroy also attended the University of London where he studied
international law. Mr. Gilroy is a founding member of the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gilroy practiced with an
AV-rated law firm in the Los Angeles area in the field of premises liability,
public entity defense, construction law, tort law, personal injury and general
civil litigation. Mr. Gilroy subsequently moved to the San Luis Obispo area
where his practice primarily emphasized construction defect, personal injury
and complex litigation. Mr. Gilroy has since relocated to Portland, OR
to manage the Pacific Northwest branch of Fotouhi Epps Hillger Gilroy LLP.
There, the firm serves clients in both Oregon and Washington in the same areas
of practice.
Mr. Gilroy is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California,
the District of Columbia and the State of Washington as well as the United
States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is a member of
the American Bar Association, the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association and the
Los Angeles County Bar Association.
